The Nature of Artisanal Craft
Every keycap is a unique blend of 3D precision and hand-finishing. Because each piece is made just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.

Quality Guarantee & Damages
Your happiness is our little promise. We offer a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives defective or damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item or character
How to Report an Issue
Contact us at Hello@oai.studio within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Return Shipping Costs
✓ Defective / Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label
○ Other Cases: In rare authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be in original, unused condition.
Cancellations
We begin hand-finishing shortly after your order is placed ✨
Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase
Once crafting starts, your piece is already being brought to life — it cannot be canceled ♡
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you within 4 business days with the status.
✧ Refund Issuance: Approved refunds go immediately to your original payment method
✧ Bank Processing: Funds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear, depending on your bank
