Each OAi keycap has a protective finish and fine handmade details. A simple, gentle routine is all it needs.
Keep it cool
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, heaters, hot cars, and high heat.
Handle softly
Install and remove from the base. Avoid drops, twisting, or pulling on fine details.
Good to know: A clean alcohol wipe is fine for the finished surface. Please do not soak the keycap or use acetone, abrasive polish, or harsh chemicals.
Which keyboards are compatible?
OAi artisan keycaps are made for Cherry MX-style cross stems and compatible mechanical switches. They are not designed for low-profile switches, capacitive keyboards, membrane keyboards, or laptop keyboards.
Are slight color or finish variations normal?
Yes. Each piece receives individual finishing, so minor differences in tone, gloss, or tiny details are part of its handmade character.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email hello@oai.studio with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. OAi will review the issue and help as quickly as possible.
