At Oai Studio, we believe that the journey of your tiny companion is just as important as its creation. Each piece is personally inspected, hand-polished, and packed with care at our Kyoto studio before it begins its journey to your desk.

1. Order Processing Time

Since every keycap undergoes a meticulous hand-finishing process by our independent creator, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Note: During peak seasons or new collection drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tiered shipping options to balance speed and cost. To provide the most competitive international rates, we utilize a trusted logistics hub for global transit. Regardless of the route, every package is hand-packed by Oai in Kyoto.

3. Dedicated Service for Key Markets (USA & Japan)

To ensure the highest level of reliability for our primary collector communities, we have established dedicated logistics routes:

A. Shipping to Japan (Domestic Direct)

• Carrier: Yamato Transport (Kuronekoyamato / 黒猫宅急便).

• Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days after dispatch.

• Local Tax: Consumption tax is included in the purchase price.

B. Shipping to the United States (International Forwarding)

• Process: Orders are hand-packed in Kyoto and transferred to our international hub for customs clearance.

• Final Mile Carrier: In the vast majority of cases, your package will be delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).

• Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days (Standard) or 3–5 Business Days (Express).

• Tracking: Comprehensive tracking monitors the journey from our Kyoto origin to your US doorstep.

4. Other International Destinations

We are also proud to serve collectors in the following 24 additional countries and regions:

• Europe: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic.

• Asia & Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, United Arab Emirates.

• North America: Canada.

For these regions, your package will be delivered by your local premier national carrier once it clears customs.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Oai Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

6. Tracking Your Tiny Companion

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real-time.

7. Transparency & "The Personal Touch"

• Hand-Packed Guarantee: Every order is personally packaged by the creator in our Kyoto studio.
