Thank you for bringing an Oai Studio creation into your life. As an independent studio focusing on semi-handmade, made-to-order art, we strive for the highest quality in every "Tiny Companion."

1. The Nature of Artisanal Craft

Each item is a unique blend of 3D precision and hand-finishing. Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preferences (such as subtle color nuances or minor handmade variations that do not affect the function). These characteristics are the soulful marks of the crafting process.

2. Quality Guarantee & Damages

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement if:

• The item arrives defective or was damaged during transit.

• You received the incorrect item or a wrong character.

How to report an issue: Please contact us at [Hello@oai.studio] within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

1. Your Order Number.

2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error or a quality issue, Oai Studio will cover all return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

• Other Cases: In the rare event that a return is authorized for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and ensuring the item is returned in its original, unused condition.

4. Cancellations

As we begin the hand-finishing and polishing process shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the crafting process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Time: We will complete the review of your return and process your refund request within 4 business days of receiving the item.

• Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

• Bank Processing: Please note that while we process refunds within 4 business days, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
