2. ARTISAN NATURE & REPRESENTATION

Our products, including "Lumi", "Creamy Bear", and other "Tiny Companions," are semi-handmade, made-to-order collectible art pieces.

• Handcrafted Variations: By purchasing, you acknowledge that due to the artisanal nature of our process (including hand-polishing and custom pigments), minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but are unique hallmarks of handmade art.

• Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as actual colors depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. ELIGIBILITY & SAFETY NOTICE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• Collector’s Item Only: Oai Studio products are designed specifically for adult collectors and are not intended as toys for children. Some products contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND SERVICE

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All original characters (including but not limited to Lumi, Creamy Bear, Apple Bear, and Giftie Kitty), 3D models, sculptures, designs, photography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Oai Studio.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our artwork and designs is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Oai Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or handling of our products. While we use high-quality materials, the user assumes all responsibility for the safe handling and display of these collectibles.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China (or your specific registration jurisdiction).
